Room Offerings

Standard/Apartment (1-Bedroom)

This is the “entry” option that still gives you plenty of space and self-catering facilities.

  • Size: ~ 47 m² for many listings.

  • Bed setups: For example, 1 Full bed + 2 Twin beds is listed under the “One-Bedroom Apartment” option.

  • Features: Air conditioning, flat-screen TV, kitchenette or kitchen, sitting area/sofa, dining area.

  • View: Some units include a sea view or city view.

  • Suited for: Couples, small families, or groups of 3–4 who want more comfort than a basic hotel room.

Deluxe / Twin or Double with View

A step up from the basic apartment, this room type focuses a bit more on view and flexibility of bed type.

  • Size: Also around ~47 m² in many cases.

  • Bed setups: Twin or Double (i.e., choice between two single beds or one large bed) with sea or city view.

  • Features: Similar amenities as above (kitchen/kitchenette, air‐conditioning, TV) but the “view” becomes a selling point.

  • Suited for: Two adults who might prefer twin beds, or anyone wanting a nicer view without moving to a full multi-bedroom unit.

Family / Two-Bedroom Apartment (or three-bedroom)

This is ideal when you have a family or group and you want separate sleeping spaces plus communal area.

  • Size: Some listings show ~56 m² for a three-bedroom suite.

  • Bed setups: e.g., Queen bed + Twin beds in a 3-bedroom suite.

  • Features: Multiple bedrooms, living/dining area, kitchen facilities, better for longer stays.

  • Suited for: Families, groups, or anyone staying several nights who wants space to spread out.

Practical Tips & Notes

  • When you book, check the exact bed layout and size for your dates; many listings use generic names but the bed setup may differ.

  • If you care about view (sea, sunset) make sure the listing mentions “sea view” or similar.

  • The kitchen/kitchenette is a big plus here — if you plan to self-cater, double-check that the unit has full facilities.

  • Larger units cost more (generally) and may have fewer in number, so book early if you’re a family/group.

  • The property is apartment-style (self-catering) rather than purely hotel room style — that means more space, but you may want to check extra services (daily room-cleaning, etc).

  • Confirm extra bed or guest policies if you exceed standard occupancy.
